Cancellation Policy

This policy applies if recurring plans are introduced. One-time credits and one-time licences are not subscriptions.

Stopping renewal

An eligible plan may be cancelled before its next renewal through the account area or by contacting support@saporigo.com. Cancellation stops future billing after it is processed.

Access after cancellation

Unless product terms say otherwise, already-paid access continues to the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

Credits and account data

Unused credits, downloads and stored account information follow the product-specific rules disclosed at purchase. Privacy requests are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.
