This policy explains what WebTools processes, when a file stays on your device and what information may be retained to operate the service.

Files and on-device processing
Tools marked “On-device” process the selected file in your browser where technically practical. Those files are not intentionally uploaded to SAPORIGO merely to perform that local operation.
Server, API and AI processing
If a feature needs a server, third-party API or AI provider, the interface will disclose that processing path before use. Do not submit sensitive information unless the feature is suitable and you accept the stated handling.
Account and service records
We may retain account details, security events, preferences, support messages, consent records and future payment references as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and resolve disputes. We do not request full card details by email.
Analytics, ads and cookies
Essential storage may protect sessions and remember choices. Analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled, are subject to the Cookie Policy and applicable consent controls. Ad-free status may be linked to an eligible signed-in plan.
Your choices and contact
Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Send the account email, request type and relevant tool or page to support@saporigo.com. We may verify identity before completing a request.
